Americans grew more confident about their jobs in September, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Survey of Consumer Expectations, released Oct. 7.
The Conference Board’s Employment Trends Index fell 0.5% in September to 107.56, while the share of consumers saying jobs are hard to get rose to 21.9%.
