Intercontinental Exchange Lists 14 New Atlanta-Area Openings Nov. 2–5, From Trade Operations Analysts to an Agentic-AI Engineer

Hiring

Intercontinental Exchange, which describes itself in its job postings as a Fortune 500 financial technology company running a global network of exchanges (including the New York Stock Exchange), clearing houses, data services and a mortgage technology platform, added 14 openings that list Atlanta as a work location to its careers site between Monday, Nov. 2 and Thursday, Nov. 5. They range from front-line trading-support and market-data jobs to senior engineering roles building artificial-intelligence tools.

The count comes from ICE’s own careers site, careers.ice.com, searched for Atlanta and sorted by posting date at about 02:40 UTC on Friday, Nov. 6 (late Thursday, Nov. 5, in Atlanta). That search returned 138 openings in all. Of the 14 dated Nov. 2 through Nov. 5, six list Atlanta as the only location and eight are shared with Jacksonville, Fla., or other cities. Most give the company’s offices at 5660 New Northside Drive in Atlanta’s 30328 ZIP code as the address. None of the 14 postings lists pay. These are advertised openings, not hires.

Entry points: trading support and client service

The most accessible of the new roles are on ICE’s operations and data-services teams.

A Trade Operations Analyst posting (requisition 13987), dated Nov. 4 and based in Atlanta, describes the job as “the front line for our trading platform customers.” Analysts conduct real-time surveillance of electronic trading in ICE Futures products, train customers on the trading platform and troubleshoot their problems. ICE asks for a college degree or equivalent work experience in a customer-focused environment, knowledge of commodity markets, financial trading or equity brokerage, and working knowledge of at least one of Salesforce, ServiceNow or Microsoft Office. Exposure to futures markets is described as a plus.

A Client Support Specialist II posting for market data services (13184), dated Nov. 2 and open in Atlanta or Jacksonville, lists hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. It supports real-time market data products and asks for a bachelor’s degree. Three or more years in a client-facing role is “desirable,” but the posting says a strong candidate with less experience will be considered. Unix skills are listed as desirable.

A Quantitative Business Analyst posting (12829), dated Nov. 5, supports the platform that produces daily valuations for exchange-cleared futures and options. It asks for a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, two or more years in business analysis, data analytics or a quantitative finance role, SQL and Excel proficiency, and experience with Python, R or similar languages.

AI and engineering roles

Several postings center on AI. A Senior AI Engineer in release engineering (13485), dated Nov. 5 and open in Atlanta, Jacksonville or Omaha, Neb., would build an internal “AI-powered developer platform,” including agents and integrations that act across code, ticketing and deployment systems. It asks for five or more years in software engineering, DevOps or release engineering and hands-on CI/CD experience.

An AI and Data Product Manager posting (13358), dated Nov. 3, says the job is to rebuild business workflows around AI “not by layering AI on top of them,” with a focus on mortgage and market data. It asks for six or more years of product management and says candidates do not need to code or train models.

Other new postings include a senior cybersecurity engineer (five or more years of experience, weekly on-call rotation), a platform engineer working with Linux, Windows Server and container technologies, a site reliability engineer for service-level management on the mortgage-technology platforms, a lead ServiceNow developer, an IT engineer managing ICE’s Apple devices, a senior analyst in market data operations asking for seven or more years of experience, and a senior graphic designer.

Mortgage-technology consultants

Two Nov. 3 and Nov. 5 postings are senior consulting roles in ICE Mortgage Technology that list Jacksonville first and Atlanta second. One, for automated underwriting and closing implementations, asks for recent mortgage underwriting or senior processing experience and says travel to client sites may run 25% to 50%. The other covers mortgage escrow servicing.

Applications go through ICE’s iCIMS portal, linked from each posting. Listings can close once filled.
