LENZ Therapeutics, the Solana Beach, Calif., company that sells the presbyopia eye drop VIZZ, will shrink its workforce by about three-quarters, leaving approximately 40 full-time employees, according to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
