School bus maker Blue Bird Corporation plans to invest an estimated $300 million in a new manufacturing facility in Fort Valley, Georgia, and create 375 new jobs over the next three years, Gov. Brian Kemp and the Georgia Department of Economic Development announced Wednesday, Oct. 21.
